TSU 100 TORQUE ARM SUSPENSIONS -100MM HEAVY-DUTY UNDER SLUNG MECHANICAL TORQUE ARM SUSPENSION

The TSU100 Mechanical suspension is a heavy-duty large capacity suspension ideally suited for Slurry tankers where there is a requirement to both work in rough terrain and also travel at high speeds with unstable loads.

• Tandem and Tridem axle assemblies available.

This suspension is available in 1580mm and 1820mm axle centres making it suitable for large wheel sizes. The heavy-duty fabricated steel construction ensures a uniform, robust and high-quality finish design, whilst the torque arm design offers support and axle alignment control suitable for high-speed applications. This suspension is Under-slung configuration to reduce the centre of gravity and increase stability and is available in two spring options to suit almost all capacity and stability requirements. Torque arms are fixed with high-density poly bushes and assembled using large M36 bolts suitable for high loading and are positioned above the spring for maximum ground clearance, whilst the centre hanger is assembled using heavy duty Ø70mm pin and poly bushings.
