Distag QCS’ Forged Round Headpin range is something in which we pride ourselves on in the Linkage market. All Sizes are available in both metric and Imperial with lengths increasing in 10mm increments across all available sizes. This market has developed through the supply of several OEM’s in our market, Which allows us to carry the full range from stock whilst also meeting our existing OEM customer’s requirements.
Expanding on our Forged Round Head Pin Options, Distag QCS is also unique in that we offer a large range of forged pear Shape Cap pins as opposed to the traditional welded pear Shape Cap. The advantages of the Forged Pear Shape Cap include:
Various applications require pins which are greased, Distag QCS supplies greased pins, in Flathead, pear Shape cap, Domed capped and Star-shaped caps all with grease tracks & nipples.
Built on our years of expertise supplying several OEM’s with bespoke pins, Distag QCS have developed a range of standard Linkage pins.
Our range of Standard Linkage Pins is ever-expanding to meet both our OEM’s and Distribution markets requirements.
Though CNC machining Distag can provide a weld in bush to suit any application.
Material, hardness, tolerance and size can be combined to supply the bespoke bush for any OEM application.
Bushes can be supplied using Grease Nipples or grease tracks depending on the application. Wear Bushes can be added to a boss depending on the customer requirement.
Distag QCS supplies certain OEM’s with our unique “Range Pins”. These Pins offer customers various length options (typically 4) whilst reducing the number of components per machine.
Distag QCS supplies several OEM’s in the materials processing industry with our Screen Tensioning Wedge Pin kits, These kits include the wedge and pin alongside 2 washers and a split pin, customer branding of the wedge available upon request.
Weld-on cast blocks to complete the kits also available.
Distag QCS supply network allows us to provide customers with Boss & pin kits as per their requirements.
This allows OEM’s to avail of JIT delivery with full kits per customer requirements available per kit. For example Welding and final assembly kits.
Working alongside our supply base who also fully understand the OEM’s requirements, we can supply full pallets/boxes of components in kit form.
This reduces handling and labour as compared to other methods but provides the customer with a full kit solution.
Link-Lok- “Never lose a link pin again”. Link-Lok’s unique spring-loaded design combines the traditional bolt and clip into one device – meaning you’ll never have to search for pins or clips again. Link-Lok is the newest and most labour efficient way of attaching machinery onto your tractor.
