Distag QCS supply a range of Anti Vibration mounts, many of these designs are bespoke to our customers’ requirements but we also offer a standard range of vibration mounts.

In addition to the cylindrical mounts and buffers supplied by Distag QCS we also supply a large range of vibration pads to the OEM market.
This sample is supplied for a Trailer Tipping Body Pad, The optimal Shore hardness was selected for the application and this comes with an option steel base for welding applications or Aluminium for bolting to the chassis depending on customers’ requirement.

DistagQCS also supply a range of marine vibration mounts. Originally designed for use with marine engines, this compact low-profile mounting, combines three-way control of suspended equipment. Supporting large static deflections, the design incorporates bump and rebound control features to limit excessive movement under shock loading.
The top metal cover provides protection against oil contamination, the protective finishing resists corrosion attacks and propeller thrust on marine applications is accommodated for.
