Distag QCS supply a range of bespoke machined components typically from materials such as polyurethane. Examples of the products produced include push-in caps, Chain guide wheels and rope pulleys. The polyurethane materials are available in a large range of colours and material hardness based on the customer’s requirement.
Distag QCS Supplies a range of belt Scraping units to Materials processing OEM’s.
At present, all belt Scrapers are polyurethane only but we can also offer additional hardened tips on the ends of scrapers for longer wear life.
Typically Scrapers are supplied as complete assemblies on shafts and tailored to suit each OEM’s conveyor system.
In the example shown bearings have been added to allow for complete assemblies being delivered to the customer. This wheel is used as a rope pulley, the nylon material is very smooth to not allow for any abrasion of the rope and provides adequate strength for the application.
Distag QCS supply a range of Nylon tubes or rollers, many of these are used to convey materials or in conjunction with rubber belting to convey material.
The Nylon rollers offer a durable, lightweight system for this application.
Certain rollers also have Stainless steel bar or steel formed ends, to allow for assembly of bearings.
