Typically, the fabrications supplied by Distag QCS are externally sourced. However, we do offer some Internal fabrication services for Axle & Suspension assemblies. Alongside other component assemblies with fabrication combined.

Due to our extensive supply network, it is not always possible to externally source all components from a single supplier.
Our in-house assembly teams allow for the ability to combine machined components and fabricated assemblies into a complete unit.
An example of an assembly provided by Distag QCS, is our Trailing Shoe assemblies, built in house which provide cast components from our Chinese supplier base, combining with leaf springs from India.
Distag QCS’s fabricated assemblies are typically produced from Laser Cut sheet metals.
We also provide a large range of fabricated assemblies which are produced by Stamping sheet metals.
