Distag QCS supply over 50,000 kg’s of forged components per month into OEM’s across UK & Ireland, ranging in size from 0.25kg to 40kg’s.
Our range of forged components are produced via methods such as; Drop forging, hammer forging & press forging.
In materials EN8, EN16, EN19 & EN24.
The forging Process produces a piece which is; Stronger to the equivalent cast or machined part. This is achieved during the process as the part is forged its internal grain deforms to follow the shape of the part allowing for uniform composition throughout the part.

Distag QCS offer a range of standard & bespoke Ball End Assemblies for various applications. Typical Applications supplied include Hydraulic Cylinder’s, Agricultural Equipment and Materials Processing equipment.
Ball End Assemblies, forgings can be made bespoke to Customer Requirements. Various designs options available, with access to robotic welding and various surface treatment options.
