Felixstowe Port is experiencing severe disruptions due to an eight-day workers’ strike which started on Sunday 21st August, it is likely that all of our containers that were due to arrive in Felixstowe during this period will be delayed. The sales team will do their best to keep customers updated regarding any delays that are likely to significantly affect any backorders that they have with us.
In addition to the above, the Communication Workers Union (CWU) has also called on its members to take strike actions on the following dates, this will affect Royal Mail and Parcel Force deliveries:

Wednesday 31st August 2022
Thursday 8th September 2022
Friday 9th September 2022
Parcel Force still hope to be able to deliver as many parcels as possible, but next day service will not be guaranteed on strike days.
