• Highest Maximum Allowable Load (Fatigue Strength) – 15 to 30% higher than its closest competitors.
• Significantly longer wear life – 2 to 3 times longer than chains with split bushings.
• The solid bush and solid roller are matched together with very fine cylindrical tolerances and no seams, giving full contact and dispersing bearing pressure. This gives superb wear resistance.
• Connecting links have exactly the same load capacity as the chain – no weak links!
• High Safety Factors
• The bushes and rollers are cold-formed from steel rod working with the material molecular structure (grain), running lengthways through them. This increases fatigue strength, prevents breakage, and decreases elongation over time.
• Pins have special surface treatment, giving higher fatigue strength.
• Wide-waisted link plates gives higher fatigue strength.
