Sand casting utilizes expendable sand moulds to form complex metal parts from a variety of alloys. Sand casting is used to produce a wide variety of metal components with complex geometries, Grey iron, Ductile iron and Steel Sand casting.
Shell Mould Casting is an expendable mould casting process which uses a resin covered sand to form the mould. Shell Mould Casting is deemed to have a better dimensional accuracy compared to Sand Casting and high productivity rates with lower labour costs.
Lost Foam Casting (investment) is a type of evaporative pattern casting process that is similar to lost-wax casting except for foam is used for the pattern instead of wax.
