Internal Account Manager (Agri & Trailer Parts) – Dungannon

The Internal Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing clients, supporting the external sales team, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role focuses on account retention, upselling, cross-selling, and efficient day-to-day account management from an internal perspective.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, acting as the main internal point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
  • Handle inbound customer queries, orders, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage account documentation.
  • Support External Account Managers / BDMs with account administration and follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and maintain detailed client records
  • Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance, product support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an internal sales, account management, or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Desirable:

  • Interest in Agriculture and/or Trailer industry/farming background.
  • Understanding of sales processes and account lifecycle management.

Terms & Conditions:

This post has the specified working hours of 40 hours per week, normally 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.00am – 2.00pm on Fridays with a 30-minute hour lunch break, but it is required that the Internal Sales Administrator will work such hours necessary to carry out the duties associated with the post.
