Distag QCS have been exclusive importers in Ireland for PIX V- Belts since 1989, PIX V-belts are manufactured in India by Pix Transmissions Ltd. Distag QCS are also exclusive distributors for the POWER DRIVE range of products in Ireland. The POWER DRIVE product range includes Roller Chains, Sprockets, Pulleys, Tensioners, and other complimentary power transmission items to enhance the PIX range of products. In addition to the above Distag QCS offer a very comprehensive range of bespoke components for many of the major machinery manufacturers in Ireland and UK, and in the past number of years this has led Distag QCS to become one of the largest suppliers of Axles and Suspensions in Ireland. Acting as exclusive distributors for HO’S Unite Ltd, Distag QCS and HO’S Unite are very quickly gaining a reputation for providing high quality range of TUV and CE approved Axles and suspensions, suitable for commercial and Agricultural applications. Distag QCS has been one of the pioneers of sourcing products from Asia, having started importing products from Taiwan in 1988, and India in 1989. Distag Manufacturing Ltd was established in 1994 to manufacture components for Agricultural machinery, and has evolved from manufacturing these components to supplying sub-assemblies to OEM companies. DML have also designed and patented a safety braking system for agricultural trailers, known as the Power Brake. This system has been approved by the department of transport, and is being used by several trailer manufacturers throughout Ireland.
